Work was just completed for the complete tear-offComplete removal of old roofing materials before new installation. of the old shingles and installation of new 50-year architectural laminated shingles on one of the cities salt domes.

Deteriorated sheathingPlywood or OSB panels providing the surface for roofing attachment. and fasciaThe vertical board covering the ends of rafters along the roof edge. boards were replaced as necessary and a total of 15,200 square feet of roofing was removed and replaced.

A granule-surfaced, modified bitumen membraneReinforced asphalt membrane used in low-slope roofing. roof system was installed on the two low-sloped roofs.

Our crews worked closely with city officials during the construction, as this site is used daily by the streets and sanitation department vehicles. Debris had to be consistently cleaned up and a magnet on wheels was used to keep the concrete clear of nails.

Our crew used their extensive experience to safely finish this unusual job without incident.
