I just wanted to take a minute to say "thank you" for the wonderful job that you did on our roof. Besides the roof, the clean up was awesome! Please thank all the gentlemen for the great job and hard work. Also, thank you for keeping tabs on what was going on here. Just to see you here gave us confidence in you. We apologize for the dilemma about the extra plywood. Though we still only see about 3 sheets, you know where the others went. And no matter what, it was sure made up in the guys having to haul all that garbage up the hill. I can't even imagine. It's hard enough to haul leaves, and etc. up it let alone roofing. We've just been burned pretty bad by a contractor here. And tend to get a little defensive when we hear about extra work done with additional costs.
